With decades of combined experience across law enforcement, public safety tech, and government-focused software, we are building quality tools in partnership with the agencies that will use it every day.

Our platform runs entirely in Google Cloud’s Assured Workloads environment, designed to support CJIS compliance and operated exclusively within U.S. data centers that meet strict personnel and physical security requirements.

    All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by private, firewalled servers and granular access controls.   • MissionWise doesn’t require CAD integration.

    We intentionally designed our platform to work independently of CAD systems. That means agencies can start using MissionWise out of the box, without needing to connect complex infrastructure or rely IT to assist with expensive integrations.

    Our focus is on reducing administrative burden, streamlining reporting, and surfacing insights using the data you already have—without needing CAD to unlock those benefits.

  • We respect the work others have done in this space. Today, many public safety agencies rely on platforms like Vector Solutions (which now owns Guardian Tracking and Frontline Public Safety Solutions), Lexipol (which acquired LEFTA), Versterm (which acquired IAPro), and NEOGOV (which acquired PowerDMS) to manage different parts of their operations.

    But here’s the challenge: many of these platforms were built for a different era of public safety—and all have since been acquired by private equity firms. That shift has often led to bundled tools that can feel disjointed, rising costs, and a noticeable slowdown in product evolution.

    We also recognize that not all public safety agencies operate the same way. A 911 dispatch/communications center has very different demands than a police or fire department. That’s why MissionWise is built to support the specific workflows, priorities, and challenges of each type of agency.
