01

The Platform

What MissionWise does

Who MissionWise serves and the personnel workflows agencies can manage in one connected platform.

What is MissionWise?

MissionWise is an AI-native personnel management platform purpose-built for public safety.

It helps agencies replace paper forms, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems with one secure workspace for employee performance, recognition, corrective action, internal affairs, critical incidents, early intervention, field training, and other personnel-related workflows.

What types of agencies use MissionWise?

MissionWise is designed for police departments, sheriff's offices, 911 communications centers, fire and EMS agencies, jails, public safety departments, and other local government organizations.

The platform can support smaller departments as well as larger organizations with multiple divisions, locations, or chains of command.

What can our agency manage in MissionWise?

Agencies can manage supervisory notes, employee recognition, coaching, corrective action, critical incident reports, internal affairs investigations, complaints, early intervention, employee requests, and other personnel documentation.

Agencies can begin with the workflows they need today and add more capabilities over time without building another disconnected software stack.

Is MissionWise available today?

Yes. MissionWise is live and actively used by public safety agencies.

New capabilities and improvements are released regularly based on direct feedback from the agencies using the platform.

Can MissionWise be configured for our agency?

Yes. Forms, categories, labels, review processes, assignments, access levels, notifications, and other settings can be configured around your agency's structure and policies.

Fields that are not relevant to your agency can often be disabled, while agency-specific information and workflows can be incorporated during implementation.

02

AI & Security

How the technology works

How MissionWise uses AI to reduce administrative work while protecting sensitive agency and employee information.

How does the MissionWise AI Assistant help?

The MissionWise AI Assistant works inside the platform’s existing workflows. It can help extract information from uploaded documentation, complete form fields, organize records, draft narratives, summarize activity, transcribe supported audio and video files, and surface relevant employee history.

The goal is to reduce repetitive administrative work rather than add another separate AI tool employees must learn.

Does AI make decisions for our agency?

No. AI assists with organizing, completing, and reviewing information, but your personnel remain responsible for every review, approval, finding, disposition, and final decision.

AI assists. Your people decide.

How does MissionWise protect our data?

MissionWise uses U.S.-based cloud infrastructure designed to support the security needs of public safety agencies.

Agency information is protected through encryption, private infrastructure, role-based access controls, two-factor authentication, backups, and separate agency environments.

Can employees see confidential investigations?

Access is controlled by role, assignment, supervisory responsibility, and agency configuration.

Sensitive internal affairs timelines, evidence, interviews, notes, and investigative materials remain limited to authorized personnel.

03

Implementation

Getting your agency started

What to expect when moving from paper, spreadsheets, or an existing software provider.

Is a CAD or RMS integration required?

No. MissionWise is designed to provide immediate value without requiring a CAD or RMS integration.

Your agency can begin managing personnel documentation, incidents, investigations, and reviews without waiting for a complicated integration project.

What does implementation include?

Implementation generally includes agency configuration, employee and organizational setup, workflow review, onboarding, and supervisor training.

The MissionWise team works directly with your agency to prepare the platform and help your personnel begin using it with minimal administrative burden.

How long does it take to launch?

Launch time depends on your agency’s size, configuration, and the workflows being implemented.

Because CAD or RMS integration is not required, agencies can typically get started much faster than they could with a traditional enterprise software project.

Can we move away from paper and spreadsheets gradually?

Yes. Your agency does not have to replace every existing process at once.

Many agencies begin with one or two high-priority workflows, such as performance documentation, internal affairs, or critical incident reporting.

Is there a separate implementation fee?

No. Standard MissionWise pricing includes implementation, onboarding, platform configuration, and supervisor training.

Pricing is based primarily on the number of employees using the platform and the needs of your agency.
